Refund policy

Most new, unused items may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date for a refund.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Items must be new, unused, and in their original condition.
• Items must be returned in the original packaging with all included parts and accessories.
• Installed, altered, modified, assembled, damaged, or used products are not eligible for return.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

To request a return, please contact us at info@farmhydraulics.com and include your order number and the name used on the order.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incomplete order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@farmhydraulics.com.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item and packaging (if applicable)
• A description of the issue

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

• Used products
