A: Most new, unused items may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please see our Return Policy page for complete details and eligibility requirements.

Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship throughout the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, we do not offer shipping to U.S. territories or international destinations.

Q: What Items Qualify for Labor Day Free Shipping?
A: Hydraulic hoses, electrical harnesses, electrical connectors, and hydraulic fittings qualify for free shipping on orders of $100 or more. All other items are excluded from the Labor Day free shipping promotion.
